Time to Smile!

Hey there! I am so proud of you! Three weeks of this study have been completed. You have made it to the half way point. I hope you have enjoyed the journaling and praying portions of the study as well as the others. Take some time to reveiw over your past journals entries and reread some of your feelings and emotions. Do you feel like you are retraining your brain? Do you think your husband has seen a valuable difference in you as a help mate?
